On March 28, Professor LI Zexiang of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), and Director of HKCRC, was invited to attend the 2025 ZGC Forum Annual Conference. He delivered a keynote speech titled "From New Engineering Education to New Quality Productivity: Exploring the Construction of an End-to-End, High-Quality, and High-Efficiency Sci-Tech Innovation Ecosystem."

During the forum, Professor LI systematically shared his innovative practices in new engineering education within the Greater Bay Area and the remarkable achievements in fostering new quality productivity. He elaborated on the "1 Hub + 1(N) Universities + 1 Platform + 1 Park" sci-tech innovation model, offering groundbreaking solutions for industry advancement. His insightful presentation emerged as a key highlight of the event.
