The Innovation Bootcamp is launched by HKCRC, targeting young engineers and entrepreneurs. With the goal of "Finding the Next Entrepreneur" and "Discovering the Next Contech Unicorn", the Dream Factory is the Centre's flagship program for cultivating talent in smart construction. To date, the Beaver Dream Factory has held 7 cohorts, graduated over 300 participants, and facilitated the official launch of 7 R&D project teams.
